To foster these valued career outcomes, ASCB has launched Mentor Match—a member-only online tool that includes a searchable database to facilitate mentoring relationships. A feature of ASCB’s Online Community, Mentor Match is user-driven and allows registered Mentees to search among registered Mentors whose experience and expertise match areas in which they wish to be mentored. Likewise, registered Mentors can search for and identify potential Mentees.
How to get started with Mentor Match
To get started, log on (https://community.ascb.org/participate/mentoring) to create your Mentor or Mentee profile and then start searching for a match. It’s that easy!
