Booe et al. achieved crystal structures of a G-protein coupled receptor (GPCR) complexed with a receptor activity modulating protein (RAMP) and peptides. They found that though the peptides occupy the same binding site of the GPCR, the selectivity of the GPCR is modulated by RAMP. Published in Molecular Cell.
