Anne-Cecile Reymann and Manuel Théry, ASCB members at the Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique in Grenoble, France, and colleagues investigated how myosin motor activity depends on the actin architecture. They found that myosin reorganized the actin network, and selectively contracted and disassembled antiparallel actin formations. Published in Science.
