PAIR-UP Advanced Imaging Workshop for Black Imaging Scientists

The PAIR-UP Advanced Imaging Workshop is designed to provide training in the following major areas:
1. The workshop is designed to train participants in the area of light sheet microscopy.
2. Participants will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sample preparation, imaging and data analysis using a wide range of light sheet systems and diverse set biological samples.
Who Should Attend?
PAIR-UP workshops are open to all with a focus on training Black Imaging Scientists at the faculty and postdoctoral levels.

- Bruker Mu-Vi SPIM

Learning Objectives:
- Learn about building blocks and applications of Light Sheet Microscopes
- Hands-on experience in sample preparation and data collection
- Light Sheet data handling and analysis
- How to judiciously choose a Light Sheet microscope for the biological question (Matching system with sample)
