Course Overview Correlative Light and Electron Microscopy (CLEM) allows precise localisation of an event of interest within cells and tissues. During this course, we will focus on a specific method that has been developed at EMBL that enables the location of fluorescent proteins with high accuracy at the ultrastructural level.
