  • Media Release Consent for Virtual Meeting Series Participation

As a participant in our upcoming virtual meeting series, Connect and Discover: Data Science in Cell Imaging, we want to ensure clarity regarding the use of any content you provide during the session. Your expertise and insights are invaluable, and we may wish to record and share portions of the webinar for the benefit of attendees and others interested in the topics discussed.

By participating as a speaker in our virtual meeting series, you grant consent to the American Society for Cell Biology (ASCB) and its affiliates to record, transcribe, and disseminate the webinar content, including any presentations or discussions, in whole or in part, through various media channels. This may include the ASCB website and other platforms.

It’s important to note that no compensation will be provided for granting permission to record and distribute the virtual meeting series’ content, nor will there be compensation from any proceeds generated from the recordings.

You acknowledge that any opinions expressed during the virtual meeting series are solely your responsibility and do not necessarily reflect the policies or opinions of the ASCB.

If your presentation includes materials sourced from other individuals or organizations, it is your responsibility to obtain any necessary permissions or licenses for their use.

While providing consent for the recording and dissemination of your presentation is appreciated, it is not a requirement for participation in the virtual meeting series. If you choose not to consent, we will not share your presentation beyond the live session.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. We look forward to your participation in the Data Science in Cell Imaging Virtual Meeting Series.
