qBio 2019 Summer Conference

project-91-san-francisco-state-university-annex-library-2-front

A dynamic conference that brings together researchers who aim to advance predictive modeling and theoretical understanding of cellular and molecular biological systems in coordination with quantitative experimentation. qBio summer conference originally started in Santa Fe but in recent years it has been held at different venues around the country. This year it will take place in San Francisco. Topics include, but are not limited to, self-organization, cellular decision making, emergent properties, biomechanics, image analysis, machine vision, network theory and inference, information theory, dynamical systems, cellular automata, statistical mechanics in biology, rule-based modeling, and molecular dynamics.
