Online with LSE: Using Personas as a Tool for Learner-Centered Professional Development

This session of Online with LSE hosts Paula Lemons, Associate Professor at the University of Georgia, to examine the need for learner-centered professional development among college science faculty. We will discuss how Lemons and her colleagues used an ethnographic methodology from the product design industry to characterize the participants in a long-term professional development program focused on college biology assessment.
