In-Person Digital Poster Presenter
Enhance your traditional poster with a digital upgrade for broader engagement.
What’s Included:
- Traditional poster in exhibit hall plus digital format upgrade
- 1.5-hour dedicated poster time on digital displays
- Present virtually to remote attendees via scheduled appointments
- Online gallery visibility 3 weeks prior to meeting
- Virtual engagement window: 1 week before, during, and 1 week after the meeting
- On-site support: customer tech support and dedicated digital presentation pods
- Posters remain accessible 60 days post-meeting
- Participate in Online Poster Presenter Discussion Groups in January 2027

Important: Virtual appointments cannot be scheduled during official in-person dedicated poster hours.

Remote Digital Poster Presenter
For researchers unable to attend in person but who want to share and engage with the community.
What’s Included:
- Submit and present a fully digital poster
- Poster featured in the online Digital Poster Gallery
- Visibility begins 3 weeks before the meeting
- Schedule 1:1 virtual appointments:
- 1 week before
- During meeting week
- 1 week after
- Asynchronous chat with attendees
- Access to view other digital posters and connect with presenters
- Extended Engagement: participate in Online Poster Presenter Discussion Groups in January 2027
- Posters remain accessible for up to 60 days post-meeting
