Policies

Cancellation Policy

Meeting registration is nontransferable. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to ASCBattendee@maritz.com no later than November 5, 2025. Requests received by that date will be refunded minus a processing fee: $75 for non-students, $30 for students. Refunds will not be issued after November 5, including for denied visa applications.

Child Attendance Policy

Children 17 and under are welcome when accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. They may attend educational sessions if they do not cause disruptions.

Strollers are permitted in meeting rooms and the Exhibit Hall (except during setup and dismantle), provided they don’t block aisles or exits. Please note: crowded areas can pose risks to small children due to low visibility and objects like poster tubes or bags.

Badges will not be issued to children 17 and under.

Badge Replacement Policy

Attendees who lose their badge may pick up another one from the Badge Replacement counter in the Registration Area. Attendees must show a photo ID and pay a fee of $20. If an attendee loses the second badge, the attendee will need to re-register for the meeting before receiving another badge. You may pick up a replacement badge during attendee registration hours.
