    As a Speaker for an ASCB Webinar (the “ASCB Meeting”), I agree as follows:


    1. SPEAKER’S RIGHT TO PRESENT THE WORK: I warrant that the presentation and all accompanying written, pictorial, and video material, and recording of my presentation (collectively the “Work”) is original with me or that I have obtained the necessary rights to make this release, and that its presentation and publication will not infringe the rights of others.

    2. ASCB’S RIGHT TO USE THE WORK: I grant to ASCB the royalty-free, nonexclusive right to record and make my presentation and the Work available to ASCB members and webinar attendees during and after the webinar.

    3. ASCB’S RIGHT TO USE SPEAKER’S NAME AND LIKENESS FOR THE PRESENTATION: I grant to ASCB the right to use my name, likeness, photograph, and biography in any medium in connection with the promoting and presenting the Work.

    4. TO GIVE ASCB THE RIGHT TO USE AND SELL THE WORK: I grant to ASCB the royalty-free, nonexclusive right to use, and sell the Work during and after the webinar and world-wide, including at our other meetings and on our website and by other electronic and other means, and in any other place, medium, format, charge, or language as determined by ASCB. This content may be used indefinitely or until the work is outdated.

  • Electronic Signature

    In accordance with federal law, the party executing this Agreement electronically – binding the party to the same degree as a handwritten signature – by using the following process to create an electronic symbol signifying intent to be legally bound. The signer must fill in the name, institute, and date below, and check the checkbox at the end of the line marked “Electronic Signature.”

    The signor shall retain a paper copy of the electronic mail.
