Eligibility
- Organizations eligible to host a sponsored session include, but not limited to:
- Academic consortia or research initiatives
- Scientific societies or non-profit foundations
- Life science, biotech, and biomedical companies
- Government or regulatory agencies
- Advocacy and patient-centered groups
- Scientific publishers or journals
- Core facilities, technology platforms, or research networks
- Organizations must secure funding before submitting a proposal.
Session Formats Available for Cell Bio 2026
All formats are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are assigned based on availability, room inventory, and alignment with the broader Cell Bio program schedule.
Format #1: Saturday Scientific Sessions
Provides organizations with flexibility to create customized programming and reach attendees arriving early for the meeting.

General Operational Notes for All Session Formats
- Session inventory is limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

- Speakers and moderators participating in sessions must comply with Cell Bio registration policies.

ASCB requires:
- Signed Letter of Agreement
- Full payment before work begins
