ASCB Annual Meeting ·· Dec 3-7, 2011 · Denver, Colorado, USA · The science of life, the life of science

Tutorial Information/Application Form

As part of the scientific program, the ASCB will offer exhibitors the opportunity to present their own scientific tutorials. Tutorials will be presented on Monday evening, December 5, from 6:45 pm–8:15 pm. Rooms will seat from 50–300 people.

Applications will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis due to the limited number of rooms available. These Tutorials must be strictly educational in nature and not seek to advertise or promote an exhibitor's products or services (for an opportunity for such promotion, see information on the Exhibitor Showcase). If an exhibitor wishes to hold a Tutorial, the abstract must be received by June 3, 2011, for review by the ASCB.

The ASCB will provide one room for each approved Tutorial session. The room will be set theater-style for 50-300 people with one standing lighted lectern and head table set for three. The ASCB does not provide audiovisual equipment. Exhibitors requiring the use of microphones and sound must contact Arlaina McDaniel at 303-228-8092 (phone), 303-228-8104 (fax), or email at amccdaniel@denverconnection.com. If you require an LCD, screen, or computers, you may order these items from the official ASCB audiovisual provider, PPT, by contacting Mike Neely at 415-267-6400 (phone), 415-822-6452 (fax), or email at mneely@projection.com.

You may serve refreshments through the Colorado Convention Center. Information about the food service, including order forms, will be available in the online Exhibitor Service Kit in mid-September.
