Sponsorship Opportunities

Sponsorship provides an outstanding showcase to gain exposure and recognition by the scientific community and to enjoy a high visibility at the meeting. While the ASCB provides four levels of sponsorship, all sponsors at the $500 and above levels will receive recognition in the Program, the ASCB Newsletter issue recapping the meeting, and signage onsite. Please see additional sponsorship benefits at the different benefit levels:

Platinum Sponsorship – $5000

• One (1) page, 4-color ad in the Program in a prime location (back cover, front inside cover or back inside cover, first-come, first-serve)
• 1 piece of literature that will fit within the 9” x 12” meeting packet folder
• Meeting attendee mailing list
• Link from summer meeting page to organization Website via a small logo
• One (1) complimentary meeting registration, to include meals as provided

Gold Sponsorship – $2,500

• One (1) page B&W ad in the Program
• 1 piece of literature (1 page in length, i.e. 6-panel brochure, flyer) to be placed in the meeting packet folder
• Meeting attendee mailing list
• Link from summer meeting page to organization Website

Silver Sponsorship – $1,000

• One-half (½) page B&W ad in the Program
• Link from summer meeting page to organization Website

Bronze Sponsorship – $500

• One-fourth (¼) page B&W ad in the Program
• Listed (not linked) on summer meeting page
