The Registration Fees cover:

  • Meeting badge and packet (program, list of attendees, etc.)
  • Attendance at the scientific sessions and scientific poster sessions
  • Meals, including buffet lunch on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

All participants are welcome to attend the Welcome party on Sunday, September 20 and Reception party on Tuesday, September 22 complimentary.

Please Note: Hotel accommodations are NOT included in the registration fees.  You must make your own hotel reservations.
