Confirmation of submission emails and receipts are sent to the submitter only. Notification emails will be sent to the presenting author only (not the submitting author). It is the presenter’s responsibility to share the notification email information with the other authors on the abstract. 

Notification Schedule:

  • If you submit abstract by August 4: 
    • If you are selected to present in a Minisymposium, we will email you by September 4
    • If you are selected to present a Microsymposium Talk, we will email you by September 25
    • If you are selected to present a poster, we will email your abstract acceptance by September 25, and will send another email with your poster presentation date, time, and board number in early November.
  • If you submit abstract by September 1:
    • If you are selected to present a poster, we will email your abstract acceptance by September 25, and will send another email with your poster presentation date, time, and board number in early November.
  • If you submit abstract by October 14:
    • If you are selected to present a poster, we will email your abstract acceptance by October 29, and will send another email with your poster presentation date, time, and board number in early November. .
